Don takes advantage of a well-rounded background in the consumer marketing research industry to ensure the operational support foundation at Impact is prepared to meet all client requests.
His ongoing role is to identify and assess current/potential global suppliers, as well as extended internal staffing. Through Don, Impact Consumer Research can ensure that all resources are high-quality and able to meet the expectations of Impact and our clients.
